xhycom post-processing tools

xhycom is a Python-based toolkit for post-processing and analysing HYCOM model output.

Important

There are two ways to post-process and analyse HYCOM output — pick one:

• MSCPROGS — the original Fortran/C toolkit.

• xhycom (this page) — a Python-based toolkit covering the same post-processing and analysis tasks.

You don’t need both. See MSCPROGS if you’d rather work with the Fortran/C tools instead.
